The file ASPEMAILLib.dll is NOT the AspEmail component itself.
This is a wrapper assembly necessary to use AspEmail under .NET.
This file has to be placed in the \Bin subdirectory
of your ASP.NET application. Alternatively, you can place this 
file in the Global Assembly Cache.

The file ASPUPLOADLib.dll is a wrapper assembly for the
AspUpload component, an evaluation copy of which
is included with this setup to demonstrate 
file attachment functionality.

The actual executables for AspEmail and AspUpload
and the files AspEmail.dll and AspUpload.dll,
respectively, which can be found
in the BIN sub-directory of the target directory.
